4 Summer Drinks The Won’t Result In A Lost Man Card

Summer’s here and summer drinks are once again upon us.  Forgo the frou-frou umbrella drinks that are sure to result in a man card revocation and check out these 4 manly and refreshing summer libations:

Electric Lemonade

• 1.5 oz of your favorite vodka
• 7-Up or Sprite
• 1/2 ounce of Blue Curacao
• 2 oz sweet and sour mix
• Slice of Lemon or Lime

Combine all ingredients except the lemon or lime slice, and blend for 20 seconds.  Serve garnished with lemon or lime slice on the rocks or straight up after vigorous shaking ’til cold.

Beach Buster

A unique and simple twist on rum-based beach concoctions.

• 1.5 oz of your favorite dark rum
• 2.5 oz of Sobe Nirvana

Simply fill a highball glass full of ice and add both ingredients.

Island Cooler

Tasty and refreshing — and it won’t make you look like a sissy.

• 1.5oz of your favorite white rum
• 3oz pineapple juice
• 2oz guava juice
• 1/2 ounce of your favorite dark rum

Fill a large glass with ice and add the white rum and the two juices.  Shake well.  Strain into chilled glass and float the dark rum on top.

Sex Wax

Good name, delicious drink.

• 1.5oz your favorite dark rum
• 1 once Southern Comfort
• 1 ounce of orange juice
• 1 ounce of pineapple juice
• 1 shot Coconut Cream liqueur

Mix all ingredients in a large glass filled with ice.  Shake well.  Strain into chilled glass and garnish with either an orange or pineapple slice.
