DIY Suction Mounted Roof Bike Rack

Bike racks are insanely expensive and a total pain in the ass to install and remove, which is a shame as I have about a 4 MPG drop when I have mine on.  For about $50 in parts, you can put together a DIY suction mounted roof rack that can be installed in seconds and stashed in the trunk when not in use.
