Grand Theft Auto-style gameplay, death, and hilarity meets an old west storyline in Red Dead Redemption ($60). The game developed by Rockstar San Diego,  is a followup to 2004′s Red Dead Revolver and it places you in the shoes of a former outlaw as he travels across the frontier in search of honor, fame, and a former associate he’s sworn to track down. The game features period-appropriate weapons, dialogue, and rides which will probably be a little bit more horsey than previous GTA-esque titles.  The game also packs in an enormous, free-range, map which guarantees hours of exploration.
