Sacha Baron Cohen is back as a tyrannical ruler in this hilarious first trailer for ‘The Dictator.’  It looks like he’ll be heading to the United States for encounters with everyone from a government bureaucrat to a for-sale Megan Fox, as herself, who doesn’t accept rubbies sexual favors.
