It’s been a long wait through this five year hiatus but, 2D, Murdoc, Russel, and Noodle — better known as the cartoon band the Gorillaz — are back. Plastic Beach by Gorillaz ($10) and has such awesome guest artists as, Snoop Dogg, Lou Reed, Mos Def, Bobby Womack, Gruff Rhys, and De La Soul. Tons of new different sounds, an eerie amount of strings, and plenty of that sweet funk we’ve come to expect.  Check out the Style Music Video, or listen below:
