Ferris Bueller’s Ferrari // Is Up For Auction
“It is so choice, If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.” – Ferris
The candy apple red Ferrari from “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” will always be burned into my imagination. The car played a central role in John Hughes’ 1986 teen classic and now, if you have the cash, it could play a central role in your garage.
The car is slated to be auctioned off by Bonhams in London on April 19 and is expected to fetch anywhere from $45,000 to $60,000.
You might be thinking only 45-60k for a Ferrari? What gives? Well for that price, you are not getting a real 1961 Ferrari 250GT California Spyder. Sorry. It’s actually a modified MG with a fiberglass body made especially for the movie. But who gives a crap.
