THE HUNTER is the story of Martin, a skilled and ruthless mercenary sent into the Tasmanian wilderness on a hunt for a tiger believed to be extinct. Hired by an anonymous company that wants the tiger’s genetic material, Martin arrives in Tasmania posing as a scientist. He proceeds to set up base camp at a broken-down farmhouse, where he stays with a family whose father has gone missing. Usually a loner, Martin becomes increasingly close to the family; however, as his attachment to the family grows, Martin is led down a path of unforeseen dangers, complicating his deadly mission.

A few weeks back, we got news that Kid Cudi would be pushing his album release date for WZRD – the collaborative project with Dot Da Genius – a month back, aiming for a February 28 release.

In anticipation of the album two tracks have been let out of the bag and are currently available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon. The first single, “Brake,” dropped back in November and the second, “Teleport 2 Me, Jamie,” dedicated to the mother of Cudi’s daughter came out a week ago but until now we only got a snippet. This time however, the full track is available for your listening pleasure.

Feist explained the video to Spin:

“When I approached Martin to make a little film for this song, he told me he thought it sounded like a battle cry. And that he wondered about finding the little, tiny wars people experience in between the big dramas…I interpreted that to mean, all the quiet internal battles that guide our actions, all the hopes and struggles we suppress or let carry us away. I feel like he’s made a sort of symphony of In Betweens and stretched split seconds into feel-able, graspable echoes.”

Every-once-and-awhile a story like this hits and I’m reminded how totally bizarre and completely off their rocker some humans are.  Human beings were not meant to eat a diet consisting solely of McDonalds chicken nuggets.  I think most humans know that.  One 17-year-old British girl, however, is fining out the hard way.

Stacey Irvine, has eaten little else besides processed chicken product that’s been battered and fried for her entire life.  Big surprise here, she recently collapsed and was rushed to the hospital.  Turns out she has anemia – lack of veggies anyone? – and swollen veins in her tongue.

Irvine has never eaten a fruit or a vegetable. Ever.  In her entire life not a single thing that grows from the ground.  I sometimes go a day without eating a fruit or veggie and I feel like shit.  Her only other sources of nutrition include occasional slices of toast or a side of french fries. Despite this, she’s maintained a relatively svelte figure – probably due to malnutrition.

Another problem looms for this lost teen. The chicken-lover is running out of space to store all of the toys that accompany her value meals.  Parenting failure at its finest.
